Wisdom Essentials creates all-natural body oils, massage oils, and various sprays and cleansers.
The logo was developed from the Wisdom sea star icon and modified with brown and cream tones to help illustrate the hand-made quality of the products. An old-fashioned revival typeface was found to further emphasize this aspect of the brand.
Yaletown Holistics

- Print Materials
- Website (visit)
Yaletown Holistics is a boutique natural health clinic located in Vancouver's Yaletown neighbourhood.
We have recently updated their logo and launched their new website featuring a blog, twitter feed, interactive forms, and videos.
The mulitcoloured graphic was designed to represent nature, health, and a sense of vibrance, and is paired with a neutral grey modern typeface.
Wisdom Life Coach
- Logo Design
- Print Materials
Julene Wisdom is an amazing woman who's developing several new businesses. She approached us initially to update the logo for her Life Coaching practice.
We were instructed that it must include a yellow sea star and to use blue. Supplied with her photo reference, we transformed it into an iconic vector graphic that's subsequently been made to work with each of her other businesses.
The yellow sea star represents energy and regeneration, which is one of the unique characteristics of that animal. The typefaces were selected for their welcoming and gentle tone.
Wisdom Thermography
- Logo Design
- Print Materials
Wisdom Thermography provides thermographic imaging services which are becoming a popular adjunct technology for breast cancer screening as well as full body imaging for tissue inflammation.
We adapted the Wisdom sea star icon to represent the images that are generated through this technology and chose a clean white background for this very medical and professional service.

Captain Kangen Water
- Logo Design
- Website
Captain Kangen Water requested our services to create a fun and friendly logo and website to help them market the alkaline water machines that they sell online.
(We have not linked to the website because the client has made major changes to the site's content design and removed many key visual elements. We don't feel its current state properly represents the work we put into it.)
Agora
- Logo Design
- Website (visit)
- Print and document design
The Agora company provides several services including teaching, health-related, and recreation. Agora Regeneration Clinics provides integrative and naturopathic drug and alcohol detox services to its clients.
Their logo needed to communicate the various elements of the organization while maintaining a flexible quality to be able to adapt to new projects. The ancient Greek agora was the centre of town: a marketplace, seat of government, and place of education. The laurel wreath at the centre harkens back to this historical reference and speaks to growth and learning.
(note: this website was first build several years ago and we are currently working to redesign and modernize it.)
TechScaler
- Logo Design
- Website (visit)
TechScaler is a 'Value Added Reseller' with offices in Portland, Oregon and Dallas, Texas. TechScaler's customers include Small Business, Fortune 500, Government, Education and industries such as Finance, High Technology, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Medical.
TechScaler approached us to redesign their logo and website to project a more modern look and feel that would better represent who they are and what they do.
Habitat Painting
- Logo Design
Habitat Painting approached us to create a logo for the business. Though the client did not choose to employ our design, we still feel it's a very nice looking logo and wanted to include it in our showcase.
The overall feel of the logo was intended to refer to 1950's style graphics. The use of the tree to represent a paint brush is a clever detail.
